Your family's stories deserve the highest level of protection. At Lifestoria, security isn't an afterthought — it's built into everything we do.
Encryption
All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted using TLS (Transport Layer Security). Your interview recordings, transcripts, and personal information are stored with encryption at rest — meaning your family's stories are protected even when not in use.
Access Controls
Your account is protected by secure authentication. Interview content and personal data are accessible only to you and the family members you explicitly invite. Lifestoria staff do not have routine access to your interview recordings.
Secure Infrastructure
Lifestoria is built on industry-leading cloud infrastructure with redundancy and monitoring in place to ensure availability and integrity of your data. We partner with reputable third-party providers who are contractually required to maintain rigorous security standards.
Privacy by Design
We collect only the data we need to deliver the Service. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your interview content for advertising, training external AI models, or any purpose beyond delivering your Lifestoria experience.
Incident Response
In the event of a security incident that affects your data, we are committed to notifying affected users promptly and taking immediate steps to contain and address the issue.
